- Alexandre Rudolph defeated Matt Fitchett and Max Archer in a triple threat mactch.
- Kansas City Killers (Mark Sterling & Mike Sydal) defeated Bayou Outlaws (Aaron Masterson & Mad Dog McDowell)
- Santana G came to the ring to tell the fans about her huge upcoming match against NWA Women’s Champion MsChif on December 5, 2009.
- “The Rebel” Jeremy Wyatt successfully defended the Wrestling Revival Cup by defeating “The Future” Donovan Ruddick, Arya Daivari, and “Rockstar” Jimmy Rockwell in a four-man elimination match. Originally set up as a No Disqualification match, the referee made a questionable call and counted out Ruddick after he was attacked by Wyatt’s KC Killer partners Mark Sterling and Mike Sydal. Arya Daivari was eliminated next by Rockwell. 20 minutes of action followed, with the young upstart Rockwell battling tooth and nail for the Cup, but ultimately Wyatt finished him for the 3-count.
October 10, 2009 – “Encore” (Granite City, IL)
- Kahagas successfully defended his HVW Midwest Heavyweight Title by defeating Eric Allen.
- Mississippi Madman defeated Matt Cage.
- Santana G defeated Mia Martinez.
- Jeremy Wyatt defeated Neil Diamond Cutter.
- The Hooligans defeated Bandanna Mafia to win the vacant HVW Tag Team Titles.
- Cabal defeated Max Archer.
- Mike Sydal defeated Brandon Aarons at the end of a Survival of the Fittest match for the HVW Livewire Title.
- “The Future” Donovan Ruddick defeated Mark Bland.
- Kahagas successfully defended the HVW Midwest Heavyweight Title by defeating Mark Sterling by disqualification when Jeremy Wyatt and Mike Sydal attacked him. The Hooligans and Neil Diamond Cutter ran in and saved him.

- Evan Gelistico and Pierre Abernathy defeated Blackhart and Neil “Diamond” Cutter to advance to the finals of the HVW Tag Team Title Tournament.
- Eric Allen defeated Mike Sydal.
- Mark Sterling defeated Gary Jay and Rebelucha in a triple threat match to retain his Pro Wrestling Entertainment U.S. Title.
- Mississippi Madman defeated Brandon Espinosa.
- Alexander Rudolph won an 15-man battle royal.
- Davey Vega & Santana G defeated Brandon Aarons & Jessika Haze in a mixed tag team match when Santana pinned Haze.
- Josh Ray of Missouri Wrestling Revival brought “The Rebel” Jeremy Wyatt out to the ring to introduce him to the fans, but eventually got into a small confrontation with Wyatt when Wyatt started insulting the fans. Wyatt complained about not having a match, and Ray said he’d find him somebody for the next show on October 10th…

- Hooligans (Devin & Mason Cutter) defeated Full Contact Dojo (Jonathan Davis & Ric King) to advance to the finals of the HVW Tag Team Title Tournament.
- Kahagas defeated “The Future” Donovan Ruddick for the HVW Heavyweight Title in a Falls Count Anywhere Match after Mark Bland hit Ruddick with a chair. With the victory, Kahagas holds the HVW Heavyweight and Livewire Titles.
